國家(jia)主席習(xi)近平12日下午以視頻方(fang)式(shi)出(chu)席《生物(wu)多(duo)樣性(xing)公約》第十五次締約方(fang)大會(hui)領導人峰會(hui)并(bing)發表主旨(zhi)講(jiang)話。

習近平指(zhi)出，為推(tui)動(dong)實現碳(tan)(tan)(tan)達峰(feng)、碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中和(he)(he)(he)目標，中國將(jiang)陸續(xu)(xu)發布(bu)重(zhong)點領域和(he)(he)(he)行業碳(tan)(tan)(tan)達峰(feng)實施(shi)方案和(he)(he)(he)一系列(lie)支撐保障措施(shi)，構建(jian)起碳(tan)(tan)(tan)達峰(feng)、碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中和(he)(he)(he)“1+N”政(zheng)策體系。中國將(jiang)持(chi)續(xu)(xu)推(tui)進產業結構和(he)(he)(he)能(neng)源結構調整，大力發展可再生能(neng)源，在(zai)沙漠(mo)、戈壁、荒漠(mo)地區加快(kuai)規劃建(jian)設大型風電(dian)光伏(fu)基地項目。
