一、服(fu)務業(ye)保(bao)持較快增長,現代(dai)服(fu)務業(ye)增勢較好(hao)
7月(yue)份,全(quan)國(guo)(guo)服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生產指數(shu)同(tong)(tong)比增長5.7%。分行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)看,住(zhu)宿和(he)餐(can)飲業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),信(xin)(xin)息傳(chuan)輸、軟件和(he)信(xin)(xin)息技(ji)術服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),金融業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),交通運(yun)輸、倉儲和(he)郵(you)政業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生產指數(shu)同(tong)(tong)比分別增長20.0%、11.2%、7.6%、7.3%。1-7月(yue)份,全(quan)國(guo)(guo)服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生產指數(shu)同(tong)(tong)比增長8.3%。1-6月(yue)份,規模(mo)以上服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)營業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收入(ru)同(tong)(tong)比增長7.5%。7月(yue)份,服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)商務(wu)(wu)活(huo)動(dong)指數(shu)為(wei)51.5%,業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)活(huo)動(dong)預期指數(shu)為(wei)58.7%,其中,航(hang)空運(yun)輸、郵(you)政快遞(di)、電(dian)信(xin)(xin)廣播電(dian)視(shi)及衛星傳(chuan)輸服務(wu)(wu)、互聯(lian)網(wang)軟件及信(xin)(xin)息技(ji)術服務(wu)(wu)等行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)商務(wu)(wu)活(huo)動(dong)指數(shu)位(wei)(wei)于60%以上高位(wei)(wei)景氣區間。
二、工業生(sheng)產平穩(wen)增長(chang),原(yuan)材料制造業增長(chang)加快

三(san)、市場(chang)銷售繼(ji)續恢復,服務消費較快增(zeng)長(chang)
7月(yue)份,社(she)會(hui)(hui)消(xiao)(xiao)費品(pin)(pin)(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)總額(e)(e)(e)(e)36761億元,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長2.5%,環比(bi)下降(jiang)0.06%。按(an)經營單位(wei)所在(zai)地分,城鎮消(xiao)(xiao)費品(pin)(pin)(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)額(e)(e)(e)(e)31920億元,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長2.3%;鄉村消(xiao)(xiao)費品(pin)(pin)(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)額(e)(e)(e)(e)4841億元,增(zeng)長3.8%。按(an)消(xiao)(xiao)費類型分,商(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)32483億元,增(zeng)長1.0%;餐(can)飲收入4277億元,增(zeng)長15.8%。在(zai)限額(e)(e)(e)(e)以上(shang)單位(wei)商(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)額(e)(e)(e)(e)中(zhong),糧(liang)油、食品(pin)(pin)(pin)類,中(zhong)西藥品(pin)(pin)(pin)類,飲料類,通訊器材類商(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)額(e)(e)(e)(e)分別增(zeng)長5.5%、3.7%、3.1%、3.0%。1-7月(yue)份,社(she)會(hui)(hui)消(xiao)(xiao)費品(pin)(pin)(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)總額(e)(e)(e)(e)264348億元,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長7.3%。全(quan)國網上(shang)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)額(e)(e)(e)(e)83097億元,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長12.5%。其中(zhong),實物商(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)(pin)網上(shang)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)額(e)(e)(e)(e)69856億元,增(zeng)長10.0%,占社(she)會(hui)(hui)消(xiao)(xiao)費品(pin)(pin)(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)總額(e)(e)(e)(e)的比(bi)重(zhong)為26.4%。1-7月(yue)份,服(fu)務(wu)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)額(e)(e)(e)(e)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長20.3%。
四、固定資(zi)產(chan)投資(zi)規模繼續(xu)擴大,高(gao)技術產(chan)業投資(zi)增長較快
1-7月份,全國(guo)固定資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(不(bu)含(han)農戶)285898億元,同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)3.4%。分領(ling)域看,基礎設施投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)6.8%,制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)5.7%,房(fang)地產(chan)開發投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)8.5%。全國(guo)商(shang)品房(fang)銷售面積66563萬平方(fang)米,同比(bi)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)6.5%;商(shang)品房(fang)銷售額70450億元,下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)1.5%。分產(chan)業(ye)(ye)看,第(di)一產(chan)業(ye)(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)同比(bi)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)0.9%,第(di)二產(chan)業(ye)(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)8.5%,第(di)三產(chan)業(ye)(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)1.2%。民(min)間投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)0.5%。高(gao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)11.5%,其中(zhong)高(gao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)和高(gao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)服務業(ye)(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)分別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)11.5%、11.6%。高(gao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong),醫療儀器(qi)設備及儀器(qi)儀表制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)、電子及通信(xin)設備制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)分別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)16.0%、13.9%;高(gao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)服務業(ye)(ye)中(zhong),科技(ji)(ji)(ji)成果轉化(hua)服務業(ye)(ye)、專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)服務業(ye)(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)分別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)44.9%、23.8%。7月份,固定資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(不(bu)含(han)農戶)環比(bi)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)0.02%。
五、貨物(wu)進出口同比(bi)下降,貿(mao)易結構繼續優(you)化
7月份(fen)(fen),貨物(wu)進出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)額(e)34563億元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),同比(bi)下(xia)降8.3%。其(qi)中,出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)20160億元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),下(xia)降9.2%;進口(kou)(kou)14403億元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),下(xia)降6.9%。進出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)相(xiang)抵(di),貿易順差5757億元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。1-7月份(fen)(fen),貨物(wu)進出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)額(e)235521億元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),同比(bi)增(zeng)長0.4%。其(qi)中,出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)134728億元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)長1.5%;進口(kou)(kou)100793億元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),下(xia)降1.1%。1-7月份(fen)(fen),一般(ban)貿易進出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)同比(bi)增(zeng)長2.1%,占(zhan)進出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)額(e)的比(bi)重為65.4%,比(bi)上(shang)(shang)年(nian)同期(qi)(qi)提(ti)(ti)高1.1個百(bai)分點。民營企業進出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)增(zeng)長6.7%,占(zhan)進出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)額(e)的比(bi)重為52.9%,比(bi)上(shang)(shang)年(nian)同期(qi)(qi)提(ti)(ti)高3.1個百(bai)分點。機電(dian)產品出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)增(zeng)長4.4%,占(zhan)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)額(e)的比(bi)重為58.1%。
六、就(jiu)業(ye)形勢總體(ti)穩定,城鎮調查失業(ye)率基(ji)本平穩
7月(yue)份,全(quan)國城(cheng)(cheng)鎮(zhen)調(diao)(diao)查(cha)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)率(lv)(lv)為(wei)(wei)5.3%,比(bi)上(shang)月(yue)上(shang)升0.1個(ge)百(bai)分點。本地戶籍(ji)(ji)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)力調(diao)(diao)查(cha)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)率(lv)(lv)為(wei)(wei)5.3%;外來戶籍(ji)(ji)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)力調(diao)(diao)查(cha)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)率(lv)(lv)為(wei)(wei)5.2%,其中外來農業(ye)(ye)戶籍(ji)(ji)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)力調(diao)(diao)查(cha)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)率(lv)(lv)為(wei)(wei)4.8%。31個(ge)大城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)城(cheng)(cheng)鎮(zhen)調(diao)(diao)查(cha)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)率(lv)(lv)為(wei)(wei)5.4%,比(bi)上(shang)月(yue)下降0.1個(ge)百(bai)分點。全(quan)國企業(ye)(ye)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)人員周(zhou)平(ping)均(jun)工(gong)作(zuo)時間為(wei)(wei)48.7小時。
七、居民消費(fei)價(jia)格(ge)環(huan)比上漲(zhang),工業(ye)生產(chan)者價(jia)格(ge)降(jiang)幅收窄(zhai)
7月(yue)份,全國居民消費價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(CPI)同比(bi)下(xia)(xia)(xia)降0.3%,環比(bi)上(shang)漲(zhang)0.2%。分類別看,食(shi)品煙(yan)酒價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)同比(bi)下(xia)(xia)(xia)降0.5%,衣著價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)上(shang)漲(zhang)1.0%,居住價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)上(shang)漲(zhang)0.1%,生活用(yong)品及(ji)(ji)服務(wu)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)下(xia)(xia)(xia)降0.2%,交通通信(xin)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)下(xia)(xia)(xia)降4.7%,教育文(wen)化娛樂(le)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)上(shang)漲(zhang)2.4%,醫療保健價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)上(shang)漲(zhang)1.2%,其他用(yong)品及(ji)(ji)服務(wu)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)上(shang)漲(zhang)4.1%。在食(shi)品煙(yan)酒價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)中,豬肉價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)下(xia)(xia)(xia)降26.0%,鮮(xian)菜價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)下(xia)(xia)(xia)降1.5%,糧食(shi)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)上(shang)漲(zhang)0.3%,鮮(xian)果價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)上(shang)漲(zhang)5.0%。扣除食(shi)品和能源(yuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)后(hou)的核(he)心(xin)CPI同比(bi)上(shang)漲(zhang)0.8%,漲(zhang)幅比(bi)上(shang)月(yue)擴大(da)0.4個(ge)百分點(dian)。1-7月(yue)份,全國居民消費價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)同比(bi)上(shang)漲(zhang)0.5%。
