“全球碳排放趨勢洞察”應用場景在國網四川“電碳”監測模型上線

2月(yue)18日(ri),“全球碳排(pai)放趨勢洞(dong)察(cha)”應(ying)用場景在國網(wang)四川省電(dian)力公(gong)司自主研發的“電(dian)碳”監測模型上線,進一步完(wan)善了模型功能。“電(dian)碳”監測模型于1月(yue)29日(ri)投入(ru)使用,可(ke)動態精準監測四川電(dian)力行業碳排(pai)放與減排(pai)情況。
四川省清(qing)潔(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)資源(yuan)富集,是全國清(qing)潔(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)資源(yuan)生產(chan)、銷售(shou)大省。電網作為(wei)能(neng)源(yuan)利用的樞紐,是實現能(neng)源(yuan)資源(yuan)優化(hua)配(pei)置和(he)清(qing)潔(jie)轉型的重要支(zhi)撐(cheng)。開展碳(tan)排放精(jing)準(zhun)監測,可為(wei)實現“碳(tan)達峰、碳(tan)中和(he)”提(ti)供支(zhi)撐(cheng)。
自2020年11月份以(yi)來,國網四川電(dian)(dian)力整合科研力量(liang)開展碳排放(fang)全路(lu)徑監測與(yu)減排減碳技術研究。通過反復的模(mo)型修正與(yu)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)驗(yan)證,該公司(si)依托電(dian)(dian)網能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)大數(shu)據(ju)(ju)資源(yuan)(yuan),成功研發包含“電(dian)(dian)碳”動態排放(fang)系數(shu)、覆蓋省市兩級(ji)、融合源(yuan)(yuan)網荷三個維度的“電(dian)(dian)碳”數(shu)據(ju)(ju)分析模(mo)型。
同時(shi),國網四川電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)應用模型(xing)打造“電(dian)(dian)(dian)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)”指數(shu),匯聚(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)生產、傳輸等全鏈條(tiao)數(shu)據,實時(shi)監(jian)(jian)測四川省3184座(zuo)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠、242座(zuo)火電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠、1871座(zuo)光伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)站及35座(zuo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場碳(tan)(tan)(tan)排(pai)(pai)(pai)放(fang)(fang)情況。通過應用“電(dian)(dian)(dian)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)”指數(shu),模型(xing)可(ke)(ke)動(dong)態監(jian)(jian)測電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)行(xing)業(ye)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)排(pai)(pai)(pai)放(fang)(fang)狀況,支撐清潔能(neng)源減碳(tan)(tan)(tan)分析(xi)、輸配電(dian)(dian)(dian)過程碳(tan)(tan)(tan)排(pai)(pai)(pai)放(fang)(fang)動(dong)態測算、替代電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)減排(pai)(pai)(pai)分析(xi)和客戶(hu)能(neng)耗(hao)評估(gu)。該指數(shu)還可(ke)(ke)助力(li)政府監(jian)(jian)管(guan)部門及時(shi)掌(zhang)握地(di)區碳(tan)(tan)(tan)排(pai)(pai)(pai)放(fang)(fang)變(bian)化趨勢,為(wei)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)排(pai)(pai)(pai)放(fang)(fang)分析(xi)測算、碳(tan)(tan)(tan)排(pai)(pai)(pai)放(fang)(fang)權(quan)交易等業(ye)務提供(gong)依(yi)據。
